Shipping and Delivery

The prices quoted on the product pages include the applicable value-added tax and other price elements. 

The majority of our orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The table below shows the prices and delivery times of our post office. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

Policy of Returns and Changes

Customers can return the purchased products in case of disconformity, if they present any production defect or in case that the chosen size does not fit. In order to do so, there is a period of 14 natural days since the products were delivered to initiate the return process, by contacting our customer service department of our website or by e-mail: . To order the exchange of the product for another size of the same item, please contact us through the procedure said above.

For more information on how to return the purchased items when there is lack of conformity, damage in the products or production defects, please read the information contained on point 11 of our General Terms and Sale Conditions. That paragraph explains how to proceed to return the goods and how the refund will be done.

In any case, costumers will have to pay the shipping costs of the returned or exchanged products.

The original products will have to be returned in perfect state, showing no sign of use. If the items show any marks or clear signs of usage or have been clearly worn, Narcís Dance Free may refuse to exchange the products or make a refund.

Narcis Dance Free is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping and delivery process.


International Duties and Taxes (non European Union)

International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
